Sergey Mishchenko is a Managing Partner at Level A Capital and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company. He holds a PhD. in Nuclear Physics from the Russian Academy of Sciences and an MSc. degree in Experimental and Nuclear Physics from the Moscow Institute of Technology & Physics. Additionally, Sergey received a series of professional investment management licenses by the US NASD (US National Association of Security Dealers), as well as a Portfolio Management Diploma from Salomon Smith Barney and Citigroup Global Markets. Moreover, he also possesses several distinguished Investment Advisory and Investment Management certifications in Switzerland.

Before his tenure at Level A Capital, Sergey had an illustrious 30-year career in the investment industry, holding prominent positions at leading global financial institutions in the United States, Switzerland, and Europe. He served from 1993 to 1997 as a BOD Member and Senior Partner at C&A Investment Group in the Russian Federation, Senior Investment Advisor and Partner at Prudential Preferred Financial Services in New York from 1997 to 1999, and later from 1999 to 2005 becoming a Partner and Licensed Portfolio Manager at Citigroup Global Markets in New York. Following his career in the US financial services and investment management industry and moving to Europe, over the last 17 years he assumed various top management roles at Credit Suisse Group in Switzerland, encompassing the position of the Head of Private & Investment Banking Cross Divisional Group, Strategic Client Partner and Key Strategic Clients Coverage Officer at Credit Suisse Global UHNWI platform and, most recently, the Managing Director of Credit Suisse Strategic Clients Division for the EMEA.
